It’s great that you managed your blog to old position. You will be happy to know that I got your blog in Google search. One good lesson for us – never put all your eggs in the one basket. I am agree with it.

I also had a site that got deindexed, it was always ranking 1-3 for a major buyer keyword, I did a bit of tweaking and it’s back to where it was. It ain’t your competition, it’s your content.

Glad that you took that de-indexing period in a positive way and improved your site, your competitor did more favor to you than any harm hehe and taught you a lesson about how important it is to maintain your site layout and make sure never to exceed the keyword density.

And yeah one should keep exploring for other programs as well other than Adsense.

My de-indexed websites are actually my biggest adsense earners, so don’t worry.
My sites that are indexed are my boggest affiliate earners, so a deindexed site still gets traffic from other search engines.

Stefen, I started off putting Adsense on all my niche sites because that's what they teach at the keyword academy but I been experimenting with affiliate marketing the last month with some pretty good results. Can see myself moving more towards affiliate stuff as time goes by.

I know the feeling and it’s a hard blow when Google decides to unindex you. Especially if you have no idea why they decided to do so.

Do you only work with Google AdSense or do you also spend time with affiliate marketing?

Yeah I was feeling pretty dejected for a couple of days with all my make money online efforts after that episode, but I kinda deserved it in a way. should really have been taking more care of my adsense sites to ensure that the were of a high enough quality to stand up to a visual inspection.

Does make me a bit paranoid now though that the adsense empire I’m now building could be toppled in one click of a mouse from someone at Google.

Anyway, lesson learned. I think all the new sites I’ve built since joining the keyword academy are good enough that they should cause any problems.

Well congrats on the earnings but sorry about the deindexing–that sucks! It makes me nervous that people can just report you like that.
