Reciprocal links are not as effective as they used to be a few years ago. Article submission is the much more effective in terms of seo.

I totally agree with you. Blog farming is a good idea but it takes a lot of risks and, worse of all, it creates a bad fame around you. You have to be very sure bout what you do when doing this. I think your option is much more safe and intelligent!

Thanks for the tips! I had never heard of this method of building links before but I dont think its for me anyway – I struggle just to run 5 websites so cant imagine having hundreds!

I don’t think Link Exchange would work for SEO..the best thing that can get better results was Articles. Submitting about 20 articles to a directory like Ezine Articles with the right anchor text would get you a really good ranking for some search terms. What do you think about this guys?
